　　“对于” is mostly used to express an attitude to something or somebody，you can put “对于” infront of the subject，or behind the subject. 　　“关于”means something or somebody has a certain connection，it can only be used infront of the subject. But there is no great difference between the two words in spoken language，people can 100% understand what you mean.

在有明确的对象而且需要说明解决方法的情况下，用“对于”，不用“关于”。 如：“对于文化遗产，我们必须研究分析。” 表示涉及这方面的情况，但不需要解决方法，用“关于”，不用“对于”，如：“关于牵牛织女星，民间有个美丽的传说。” 因此，第五句应该是”关于“而非”对于“。 “对于duiyu” points to an object being specifically referred to, and usually the speaker has adopted a certain attitude or has come to some kind of conclusion about the person or object. ”关于guanyu“ names a topic, and often emphasizes a range, then introduces a comment related to it. When the point emphasized is pretty clear (whether it be a range or a specific thing), then you can use either.
