Brazil is a huge country, each region there’s your traditional food. I’m from northeast and our culture is very strong, specially in our cuisine! Here’s one very popular northeast snack: “cartola” (fried bananas in butter with “queijo de manteiga”, a local cheese made with butter, sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top). It’s perfect for the end of the afternoon, weekend breakfast, raining days and late night (when you don’t know what you going to eat). You have to try, of course with another cheese (melting cheese, not very strong or mild).
