In my hometown people do not care much about it. There are no particular rules and law to force people to sort waste at home and public. The three big bins are placed in one particular place. People who live nearby will carry a big black plastic from home and will put it in one of those bins. For those who live far will ride scooter with their big plastic bags. The bin collectors will collect wastes five-day week. People will pay Euro 1 every month to local authority for fee collection.
