If somebody asks me about my favourite dish then usually I would talk about some spicy food. However for now i want to talk about a traditional sweet dish called "Ghevar" . This dish is from Rajasthan, India. It is prepared with flour, clearified butter and sugar. There is a special way to preapre it. Inorder to get the meshy look the flour and milk batter needs to be whisked till it becomes flupy. Then it is deep fried in clarified butter. It is then garnished with sweet condensed milk layer , kesar and chopped pistachios. It tastes delicious. I like it's garnishing the most. Attaching the image for your reference.
