Hospital workers sometimes doesn’t seem clever enough to manage their own health issues. It is probably because their mindset is not flexible enough to fairly new concepts. For example, most people related to medical industry still believe that salt is the root of many symptoms such as hyper blood pressure, kidney malfunction and so on. Personally, I experienced the power of mineral salt for the last several months. Salt eliminated not only my chronic inflammation with big part of my pain on my body, but also increased my stamina. Today, one of the nurses said, she has diabetes then has to control it with many ways. But, she never mentioned how salt works on her body and kept saying sugar intake was the main cause for her issue. Even though she was worried about her body, I could not say that salt would help a lot for her. It is because I am just a student and I don’t want to make any conflict in her expertise. I hope she will find a better way to solve her issue anyway. ‘The salt fix’ was definitely one of the life-saving books as well as ‘the salt men’.

Hospital workers are surprisingly unable to manage their own health issues, sometimes. It is probably because their mindset is not flexible enough to accept new concepts. For example, most people who occupy the medical related industry still believe that salt is the root of many health issues such as high blood pressure, kidney malfunction and so on. Personally, I experienced the power of mineral salt in the last several months. Salt eliminated not only my chronic inflammation with severe pain , but also increased my stamina. Today, one of the nurses said she has diabetes and has to control it through several ways. But, she never mentioned how salt works on her body. She kept saying that sugar intake was the main cause for her issue. Even though she was worried about the health of her body, I could not say that salt would help her. This is because I am just a student and she is an expert in this field and and I don’t want to cause any conflict between her and I. I hope she will find a better way to solve her issue anyway. ‘The Salt Fix’ was definitely one of my life-saving books as well as ‘The Salt Men’.

Joey I am not a medical doctor. But I feel that all of us are very different. So it is not possible to use one element say salt to cure everything. In traditional Chinese medicine TCM, we believe in good circulation of oxygen and blood at the centre of a body in harmony. To achieve it, we need to assess what your body lacks and what is in excess. These are then moderated to achieve an overall balance ..... just my personal view.
