I love biryani so much, especially lamb biryani, which I have liked it since I was a kid. Its flavor is made up of a variety of spices, a long grain basmati rice, and the juices that ooze from the marinated meat. Because of my love with biryani, I learnt how to cook biryani and now I can cook different varieties. At every occasion, I love to cook biryani for my family and friends, and they love it. In fact my colleagues suggested that I open a biryani restaurant. I cook biryani with passion and love. Unfortunately, I am not a chef, even though I can cook like a chef 😅.
