I wake up at 7:10 and turn off my alarm clock. Next, I make my bed and do my morning exercises for around 40 minutes. Then I take a shower, brush my teeth and shave. After that, I do meditation for around 10 minutes, dress, and go to the kitchen. My breakfast starts with a cup of hot water with honey and a small piece of lemon. It's tasty and good for my health. Every morning I eat buckwheat porridge with butter and scrambled eggs. I wash my dishes and then go to work. After work, I have dinner and spend my free time improving my English. Sometimes I read interesting books or the news in the evening. I never watch TV because it's boring to me 🤔 I usually go to bed around 1 AM. I sleep around 7 hours a night but it's enough for me to feel full of energy in the morning. Sometimes I wake up at 7 AM without using an alarm clock.
