One of the last movies that I’ve watched was Clouds (on Disney+). It’s based on the true story of Zach Sobiach, an American teenager who fought for a few years against a terrible disease, a kind of bone cancer called Osteosarcoma. Zach once said during an interview that he wanted “to be remembered as a kid who went down fighting, and didn’t really lose”: the movie tells the story of his last year of life, how he struggled with his mortal enemy trying to live his life as fully as possible among family, friend, love, treatments and music... his love of music and his talent as guitar player gained him a huge success during that year when he recorded the song "Clouds" about his battle with cancer: in the six months between the release and Zach’s death Clouds surpassed 3 million views on YouTube. He used his music to say goodbye to his family and friends, and tried to live his last year to make them happy and not himself. The Director and Producer Justin Baldoni, who knew Zach and had already make a documentary about him a few months before he died, put his heart into this project and, I must say, he did quite an amazing work! I’ve loved this movie, even if you need to grab some tissues to watch it! Please, feel free to comment and correct... especially the writing style: would a native speaker write like this? I’m really interested! Thanks!
