There are multiple ways to deteriorate stress and feel glad . I love to dance whenever I feel stress in my head or in my body I do some stretching, performing yoga is also a boon for me. I adore to talk with my family, cousins and friends where I crack jokes which makes me feel good from inside and I don't stress much about anything .

There are multiple ways to lessen stress and feel happy . I love to dance whenever I feel stressed in my head or in my body I do some stretching. Doing yoga is also beneficial to me.
