For example, you can ride a bicycle every morning. In that case you will make you feet to be strong and slim. For body its better to do exercise every morning. You can find a lot of videos on Youtube which help you to do everything correctly. Also you need some sports staff, like clothes, mat for yoga and elastic bands. Find you inspiration body shape and do everything to make this goal happen.
