Well done , a few comments:
1. You wake up at 6.30 but get up at 6.45. I think you said opposite which would mean you get up before you wake up 😅 which is, in fact, dangerous.
2. I usually ( s Sound try to pronounce it by spreading your tongue flat, then roll it back and try to say ‘ s’ . Ít is impossible, therefore a similar Sound to ‘ s’ would appear . ( ship, shore etc).
3. When I am hungry, I have breakfast with my family, otherwise I just exercise for 1.5 hours.
Zero conditional. When( if) it rains we close the windows. When kids are away we always sleep longer. When I exercise, I feel better.
It is to describe routines and general truths. ‘If’ most of the time is replaced with ‘when’.
Not- if i am/ feel hungry , I will have breakfast ( this is 1st conditional used to describe present or future events.
If I he calls me, I will tell him how i feel.
If you give me advice, I’ll listen.
Hope it helps
