누구누구 있었어요? (=who and who were there?) When you are expecting more than one person was there, it sounds more natural to use “누구누구 있었어요?” to ask who ‘were’ there. You can also use similar phrases like these: A: 나 여름방학에 유럽에 갔다왔어. (I went to Europe during Summer vacation.) B: 어디어디 갔었어? (Where and where did you go?) A: 지난 주말에 놀이공원에 갔다왔어. (I went to an amusement park last weekend.) B 뭐 뭐 탔어? (What and what did you ride?)
