Mido, you have to lose the fear and take every opportunity that you can.
The italki site isn't really geared up for instant conversation and it would be great to have such a facility.
Would it be possible, in the future, to arrange the conversation a day or so in advance? If you did this, I would be shocked if there were no takers.
