how to keep our health ?

please, every one tell me how to do that?

i do exercise 5 time in week. make a musle and eat good food.

 

and play soccer with friends, it's so joyful.

   Take time to exercise when you have a free time . i think the most important things are insistence. do the sport reguarly, or more than  three times a week  .   keep a good diet . For instance, make your dinners  by yourself, because it is healthy and you can enjoy the process while you are making dinner. And say hello to every day, because you should be optimistic . every day is a good day . you should enjoy it .  As for me , I say hello to myself and have a smiler in front of  mirror every day .

Keeping health at good level is important for body. One of the most important things in our life is to be healthy--not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Follow these steps to create a well-balanced, healthy life:

1.Keep your mind limber

3.Pursue your passions.(Set some time aside to practice an instrument, do an art project, take photos, build models, weld, bake gourmet cakes, or whatever else enriches your free time..)

4.Learn how to understand your emotions.( It is important to be aware of what you are feeling.)5.Be aware of stressful factors in your life(Stress is unavoidable--whether you are running late for work, or have to get a shot at the doctor’s office, it is normal to feel stressed out. However, you can reduce your stress and learn how to manage your reaction to stressful things. Be aware of the things that stress you out and try to avoid those triggers.)

It really depends, I've read different theories. For me eating fresh food, reducing sugar, having fish at least once a week works fine so far. I also eat small portions 4 times a day and never skip breakfast. Exercising is important, although I neglected it recently...
