Can someone give me examples? EXPIRY DATE- TERM- DEADLINE

More or less these words share the same meaning but I am not sure I am using them well, can you give me some example ? Thank you i advance friends.

Hi Chiara! Here’s some examples for you:


Expiry date: when a product expires, usually food, e.g. ‘this meat’s expiry date is 08/07/2016'

Term: a length of time/fixed period, e.g. ‘the first term at university lasts 4 months'

Deadline: the latest time something needs to be completed by, e.g. ‘the deadline for this work is in 2 days'
