Iam good at leadership .  Iam interested in organizing my team and putting a plan to achieve our goal in a profissional way . My interest in leadership lies on medical researches which my faculty assigns us to do . I can't deny ,leadership helped in improving my character as i became extroverted and diplomatic person. One of my best moments when my team look at me in the midst actions as dependable person and say " lilian, we trust you " .
