I have never seen them on this website. You can google it and find several. Although, some maybe dated or just regional.

For example, I live in what is called "the South," in the USA and when people ask me how I am doing, I respond "just peachy". I hear other Southerns saying that but i have not heard Northerners saying. 

If someone says something that sound ridiculous to me, I would ask "Are you joshing me?" It means" are you kidding me?".

A friend says he is going to the salt mines when he is going to work. That just means he is going to work, and his work place is soul crushing.
