You're getting the /ʒ/ sound OK, but for beige, massage and prestige, you added an extra syllable. For example, beige sounded like "bay-zhe". As you know, in English we usually squash consonants together without vowels, so get used to the /ʒ/ sound alone, instead of /ʒ/ as part of a syllable.
You also added an extra syllable to unusual. Just treat it as un+usual.
