What does mean して ?

Does anyone might write a few examples using して?

I'm assuming you are talking about  the て-form of す.  It can mean a lot of things, て-form is difficult to explain since we don't have anything like it in English. 


Commonly its used to mean 'and' for verbs:

食べ物を料理して食べる。

たべものをりょうりしてたべる。

Cook food and eat it


Its also used in making request

料理してください。
りょうりしてください。

Please cook the food.


Those are the two most basic ways you'd see it used that I can think of off hand.  Its used as part of a lot of other grammar structures as well.

Short answer: It means Apostle. This is the Kanji 使徒. =)

A sentence.

 私は使徒です. Watashiwa shito desu.
