What's your worst experience when calling a hotline ?

You prefer self-service or calling a hotline for help when you meet any difficulties with any machines or tools etc. ? Are there any special experience you would like to share ?

@Joshua, been there ! 

I am actually a hotline agent, and I am working on reducing my on-hold time all the time, but some times, it really needs time to check and process. Especially when the system sucks, could be a really frustrated moment !
