In this sentence, why the adjective come after "Alles"?
Alles Gute kommt von oben?
And Why Gute (with Capital letter) not gute?

"Gute" is a nominalisation of the adjectiv "gut", so it is a noun here. That's why it is written with capital letters and comes after "alles".

Because you dont use 'gut' here to describe something, but you are talking about 'the good' itself.
