English: Hello Jacqueline, I think that if you are just beginning to learn English you should look for a teacher first (there are plenty of them here in Italki). However, if you don' have money or time to spend on it, I'd recommend you to search some youtube videolessons like this one ( it's for Portuguese speakers ):

I hope my answer could help you!
Español: Hola Jacqueline. Creo que si recién estás comenzando a aprender inglés deberías buscar a un profesor (hay muchos de ellos aquí en Italki). Sin embargo, si no tienes dinero o tiempo para invertir en ello, te recomendaría buscar algunas video lecciones como esta ( está orientada para personas que hablan portugués)
! GOOD LUCK !
PS: I'd like to answer you in Portuguese but it's still very bad!
Yes, I guess Matías Bustos is right considering you are a new beginner in English learning. According the wise tactic for you is to seek a teacher or a language partner who is willing to "teach" you English in stead of just "practicing". In this case, practice does not make your perfect but surely make you "very frustration". It would be unduly hard to polish English without basic knowledge no matter what their primary language is.
Good luck to you anyway
Otherwise you may learn from scratch, not only vocabulary enhancement (not memory only) is necessary, but foundation in English like grammar, sentence, phrasal verbs, idioms.... are also important.
I do have wechat, yet skype is the most frequently used application adopted by most of the language learners and you can download its free portable version online if you want to contact me.
