Hi Maria!

I watch "friends", "how I met your mother" and "two broke girls".

The vocabulary is easier .

Do you know the website www.ororo.tv/en? This website offers almost all the series free and you can put subtitles..several subtitles.

Thank you for your answers!!

Yes Léa, I had a problem with that. When I had started to learn english the people recommended me Game Of Thrones. Because they have british pronuntiation, but I have learnt vocabulary like raper, or A lanister always pay their doubts. On the other hand Tortolano your opinion is very good because I need learn like a child, but the silly voice and the plot don´t like. Although depend on the kind of programme because the films, for example The Lion King is very wonderfull but I'm looking for a british voice.

You might think kids' programmes would be good. I thought they would have simpler language. I found that, to keep the little darlings' attention, the characters speak very quickly and usually with a silly voice that makes comprehension that much more difficult.

Watch what you enjoy. Watch things that keep you enthused.

I guess it depends of what sort of series you usually like ! I think you can learn whatever the series. But the vocabulary you will hear will depend of the genre (I think about "orange is the new black" with jail or dead bodies through "the walking dead"...).
