Mosquito Troubles and All About Salt & Pepper

DQ1. You'll usually find salt & pepper on the table at restaurants in Canada. Sometimes, there will also be hot sauce and maybe ketchup, mustard, vinegar, relish, and mayonnaise, depending on the type of restaurant.
Classier or more high-end restaurants will probably only have salt & pepper.
