I'm planning to study Lithuanian using the Hippocrene Beginner's Lithuanian by Dambriunas et al. This seems to be a very comprehensive course, some 450 pages with 40 lessons and a grammatical appendix and readings. There should be audio for this course. Also the Glossika company has recently produced an audio course which probably would be a nice addition to this book.
