Remember When

Hello, friends and no friends of itlaki, I'd like for those who are trying to converse more in English try this exercise with me.

Okay , I will say " i Remember when " and continue on with something I remember. Funny, embarrassing, sad it doesn't matter we don't judge. I will start.

I remember when I was 6 years old and I had gotten my favorite pajamas the night before. The following morning, I was up watching television and I felt that my tooth was quite loose. My mother had always said if I had bitten into an apple, my tooth would get stuck in the apple. So I tried the whole apple trick and I accidentally swallowed the piece of apple, along with my tooth (;

I remember when I was 6 or 7 I looked at my parents' photoes. And they all were black and white photoes, I clearly remember that I thanked God, because of the Sun))). I thought, when my parents were young, there wasnt the Sun, and thats why all pictures were grey^^ However, now, I am still thankfull^^

I remember when people used to speak to each other 'face to face' / 'in person'.

Last week I was walking through a beautiful park in my city.

There were many people in the park, some walking, some sitting.

75% of the people had their heads down looking at their smartphones.

I even saw a young couple in a restaurant and they were both looking at their phones (for a long time).

I remember a time when there were no cell phones (not so long ago).

lol, that's a funny story.

I remember when I talked with a foreign friend of mine first time in English. I managed to say few phrases such as "How are you?", "Thank you. and you?". when talking the friend, I often used Google translator and I wanted to say "night owl" at the time, but Google told me a phrase "I live the vampire life". From that day, a frined of mine call me vampire when I stay awake late! xD
