So guys, let's complain a little bit! My question is: what's the hardest job you've ever had?
Why was it hard?
What was the worst thing about it?
:)
I had a job to clean a lady's house, she was in bad heath and couldn't keep things in order herself. ...She wasn't kidding. Her 8 cats needed feeding and they would relieve themselves on the couch, kitchen counter or anywhere. It smelt so bad. Fleas lived in the carpet. The ceiling was starting cave in and the walls were rotting away. The kitchen had a bad case of rats, ants and cockroaches. Even raccoons would steal her food. There were gigantic spiders around every corner. The people who lived there were smokers, so the entire house smelt like an ashtray.
There was a couch cover that needed washing one day, there were items on that couch that haven't been moved for 20 years. Not exaggerating when I say about 10 spiders, several roaches came out of that thing. And I washed 4 times and still couldn't get all of the dirt and smell out of it. I went to hang it to dry, there was a 4 foot long snake that slithered by my foot in the tall grass.
My worst experienced job was counting merchandise of readymade lady's clothing at a warehouse. That was the part of taking inventory count thrown at me by management for closing the books of accounts. The job was so hard because insufficient aid was provided to take out every box from the sky high stacks, to open up the box, count every single unit and put down the count of particular article on to a paper. The simple reason of the job being so hard is the lack of facilities and organization. It took a whole month to cover whole warehouse for inventory count.
The worst part is that nobody cared of merchandise even after taking the count and rearranged in proper manner.
