How do you guys fight with the procrastination?
Time management? Will power?
Can you confess how much time per day you are efficient and how much time you are not?
And how do you excuse yourself? :)
Joshua, journal is a great idea! I forgot about it. But for me it could be hard (psychologically) to put a zero. Its really dissapointing. To complete day with small things as jogging or 15 mins learning is really better than nothing
