How do you guys fight with the procrastination?

Time management? Will power?

Can you confess how much time per day you are efficient and how much time you are not?

And how do you excuse yourself? :)

I keep a journal or record of my activities that I want to improve in and review it every week. I hold myself accountable to make entries in the journal everyday even if I have to put down zero activity. I use it for my target languages, exercise, and food. When I see that I have been active it is motivating to continue to be active. I find I procrastinate the most when work takes up more time. I really get upset at myself when I have to put down zero activity, so I will at the very least run 1.5km a day and listen to youtube videos in my target language, even if it is only for 15 minutes. For the most part, I fight through it.

Joshua, journal is a great idea! I forgot about it. But for me it could be hard (psychologically) to put a zero. Its really dissapointing. To complete day with small things as jogging or 15 mins learning is really better than nothing

Thank you for sharing :)
