Korean numbers have Sino korean and Native korean. What's the difference between the two?

It's different for different usage.

I know It' can be really confusing to learn it for the first time.

for example, when counting money Sino-number is used.

when counting the number things, Native-number is used.

but when the number of things is 20,30,40... etc

you can say 이십개,삼십개,사십개

NOTE!! 십 개 for 열개 is not used.

so 사탕 십개, 책 십권 is not used.

when saying time (maybe really confusing) both numbering systems are used.

when saying hours, native-number is used and when saying minutes and seconds, sino-numbering is used.
