How to boost reading fluency and vocabularies by reading effectively?
I like reading books and science magazines. However, there are numerous new words in some science magazine that make me difficult to understand. I was wondering if I should look up all new words I don't know and keep reading other books or should ignore difficult words until I read it again.

I like to read with a device and use a mouse-over dictionary. They all let you look up words really fast, and some will save all the words you looked up to review later.

I usually ignore difficult words, if I understand the sense in general. But if I meet this word twice, I look it up in a dictionary.
