It goes without saying that everyone has to face numerous troubles or problems since they were born, as a result how to solve the problem in a proper manner would be the most important lesson to be learned for students in the school. It is hardly believable that people can work and live happily without essential skills to deal with various ordeals in the world.
In my view, the best method of tackling problems is to find the root, the origin of the problem by asking why, what, how and who...etc. For instance If you were to be challenged with your English proficiency in a conversation, you would probably be irritated by the interlocutor's humiliation and lowly words. But you may as well consider "how can I improve my English proficiency or who should I learn English from? " and so forth. As soon as you can find the origin of the ordeal why that partner treated you like that, I suppose you would be more relaxed to see the ordeal becuase you know what the fact is, what you have to do to resolve the embarrassment and how you would tackle the problem.
No matter what, never fly into a rage without a good reason and more often than not you can find things are not so complicated as you thought only if you really realize what is going on and how to cope with the hardship. Moreover do not stay at home trapped in self-pity, meditating and worrying, which may worsen your misfortune. One of the strategies I often adopt is to talk with good friends who do not have to understand the context but willing to give you psychological support in many ways.
Finally, there is no reason to consider there will be no problem in the world while you are really working, striving on something, so why do you not keep optimisitic to smile, to cheer up and to address the problem with more confidence and hope.
Good luck to all of you
