I recommend reading Wikipedia's "Simple English" version of the website. The words aren't complicated and the grammar structures are very simple to understand. This will make it easier for you to read and eventually you will get better at reading. On the other hand, live lessons with an italki teacher are the best way to improve your conversational skills!
