I am convinced a significant number of children with potentials were seriously undermined by child-labour works  just because they are unable to voice for themselves or they have  miserable parents who cannot gain the least respect in economy. It is pretty cruel for adults to help children yet it is hardly able to have good solutions to these children.

At present, more governments have become aware of the fact that children are the future framework of the society and today's abuse could be tomorrow's disaster in many ways as they are grownups. In most of the highly industrialized countries, there have been a set of laws that firmly regulate the work conditions of child labours as well as the business duties in different aspects. However, practice in enforcing related laws to make child labours work in a comparatively secure environment requires employers, lawmen and all citizens to work with the associated stipulations, which is not easy to fulfill in many countries, even in Australia where the government claimed labours possess the best work condition in the world.

All in all, it is believed that child labors can learn something in the workplace by practicing and joining adults' productive activity, nonetheless, the regulation of child labours should be investigated and enforced more by avoiding abuse of labours in many ways to ensure that children can avoid unnecessary injury or abuse. .

Nobody can deny that child can learn the meaning of life by working with adults but such an assumption is not sustainable if the condition of the workplace is not well arranged with sound safety or essential guard. Children would be the most vulnerable bunch of victims not least because their mind is not mature enough to evade risks or keep away from abuse in a workplace. Accordingly, we cannot expect charitable business owners are fairly conscience to take care of these vulnerable labours without considering their profits. Law enforcement and supporting measures should be introduced to protect child labours without exception.

With the advent of the new century with capitalist globalization. , more and more labors in different countries across cultures have become an unit of value chains by international syndicates with economic powers, as a consequence, there is no wonder outsourcing foreign labors is meant to be an essential measure to reduce the cost of the business running, and plausibly child labors is one of the miserable stories.

The Golf Links

The golf links lie so near the mill
That almost every day
The laboring children can look out
And see the men at play.
--Sarah Norcliffe Cleghorn, 1916

"Adults work to finish a task, but the child works in order to grow, and is working to create the adult, the person that is to be. Such experience is not just play... it is work he must do in order to grow up."

"“Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood."-- Fred Rogers

"The principal business of childhood is play."--Jerome Bruner, 1975

Any kind of adult work reduces the time children have in which to accomplish their real work.
