I don't read much plus pretty much any book we have here in Germany we have an English translated book for it, but English bands I like the old school bands from back in the day like The Beatles, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Kiss, David Bowie, Eric Clapton, AC/DC, Slayer, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Megadeth, Deep Purple, Styx, The Police, Abba, The Bee Gees, Mötley Crüe , Stevie Wonder, Queen, Elton John, Bob Seger, etc. there's so many I can't name them all but those are some of the English bands I really like, definitely helped me learn how to speak English as well as speak better English listening to these musicians.

If you get bored with reading you may want to read a short story. Examples are The Gift of the Magi by O. Henry or The Body by Stephen King. I don't listen to country music, but I think they sing slower; you may want to try listening to Carrie Underwood or Taylor Swift.

i suggest the novel of 'Age of innocence' really good and simple language
