1.Are these sentences the same?

-Not both of my brothers are teachers.

-Both of my brothers are not teachers.

-Neither of my brothers are teachers.

2.Do these sentences make sense?

-We had the class' the fan running.

-We had the class the fan running.

-We had the class light on.

3.Which of these sentences are correct?

-I think it's very important to study hard.

-I think it very important to study hard.

-I think it our duty to study hard.

-I think it's our duty to study hard.

1-C is correct

2-A > no 
2-B > we had the class fan running
2-C > ok (perhaps "lights" is more common than "light")

3-B and 3-D miss the verb. 
Note: aren't, it's, don't - are suitable for informal language.
            Are not, it is, do not - are preferable in formal contexts.

-Neither of my brothers are teachers.

-We had the class' the fan running.  

-We had the class the fan running.

In class we had the fan running

-We had the class light on.

3.Which of these sentences are correct?

-I think it's very important to study hard.

-I think it very important to study hard.

-I think it our duty to study hard.

-I think it's our duty to study hard.  <-- This sentence is correct, but the green one is more standard.
