trial lesson

Hi,
I have some issue with the trial lesson.
I cannot take any trial lesson for any teacher and I don't understand why because i never took lesson with any of this teacher before.

Is someone face this issue before ???

Hi, Mélanie. According to your profile, you have taken 3 trial sessions - the maximum permitted by italki. If this is not correct, you need to email italki support directly and have them change this.
