In my country , all youth seek very hard to improve their english language both the written and spoken . but is there any other reason for learning english other than this reason? for example watching movies , tourism , ... etc.
Can you share us with your opinion from the real life you see ?
Hi Ahmed Magdy
I don't use English at work. Nor do I use English in my home country (Switzerland). Nevertheless, I try to become a better English speaker. Until today, I did not come into contact with the English-speaking world - unfortunatelly. I want to change that in the future.
I appreciate listening to a lot of different podcast shows which are all in English. With English, I have a lot more to choose from. Furthermore, I like watching TV series and movies with original audio, meaning English. In my opinion it is way more authentic.
So basically, it is just fun to learn English. I like the sound of the language.
Cheers!

It is hard to compare the difficulty of different languages because I've learned all of them under different circumstances and at different times in my life. But, from my experience, among the languages I have learned, only German can compare with English in terms difficulty. Which language do you find more difficult than English?
