it was is first capital of italy. do no miss the egiptyan museum and the museum of the cinema.

I can't think of anything regarding tandems. I would check universities once you're there or see if there are any Facebook groups for tandems/language learning for the city where you're going.
Hi! I recommended you go in the North East of Italy too (if you can) for example in Venice and Trieste! there are beautiful cites and in Treste you can find also a lot of students and I think that it would be easy to you to find a language tandem. Have a nice trip! :)
