Thanks! I just wanted to know if it is incorrect or just less common. Because I've heard a phrase like that recently in american film. I thought it's kind of regional way to ask questions

It should be, "Do you know if there are any bars near the hotel?"
The reason behind using "ARE" as an auxiliary verb is, "BARS" it's plural not singular. That's why you should use "ARE" instead of "IS"

Agreed. I would say "Do you know if there are any bars near the hotel?" The way to use the singular form is "Do you know if there is a bar near the hotel?"

That seems strange to me, I personally would use "are" in this sentence. "Do you know if there are any bars near the hotel?"
