If your site is in English (you can change it at the very bottom of each site):
Klick "Community"
klick "Language Partners"
choose the language you want to learn and your language
then you will be given a list of all people here, who want a language exchange with those languages.

There's no fee for language exchange. Find someone who wants an Arabic / English language exchange and have fun.
