you cannot be good in one day, so you need to find your own method to speak well.

However, this is what I do to improve my spoken English.

1. Watch movie with English subtitle, and do your best to imitate/mimic what the speaker says

2. Make your own question, and answer it in front of mirror

You might think these ways are crazy, but it works for me.

Speak as much as you can, and really try to push your comfort zone (use words and expressions that you don't know).

But the biggest thing I feel is look at how much input you are getting. Are you constantly reading novels and magazines in the language? Or watching TV series and films that you want to watch? (And by input, I mean several hours a day over many months and years).

Speaking is great, but the input is key! To speak well, the language has to already be in your head!

Watch movies and listen to music. Each sentence of them, repeat it by yourself (even better if you record your voice), rewind the movie/music, compare -- hear if you can correctly mimic how the source says the sentence. Spend 30 min a day?

Talk to native speakers, ask them to help you improve.
