Finish your studies at the Uni is what I recommend, it could lead to more job opportunities. Plus sometimes dreams are hard to accomplish it could take years to be able to do what your set dream is, but in the mean time you need money for food and bills so I would say continue the Uni and maybe work a side job until you get hired on somewhere as a chef or something. I don't know anything about chefs or what they need as a degree to become a chef, but even though you have one class you don't like just deal with it until your time at the Uni is done and you can then get your degree and pursue your dream of becoming a chef afterwards. I didn't like some of the classes that I had to take at the Uni but I knew I would get my degree in the end so I just did the classes even if there were some I didn't like. Working in a restaurant or hotel restaurant my let big name chefs see that you have experience in cooking so I'd apply as like a part time cook for a restaurant or something while you attend the Uni to give yourself more experience which could lead to the opportunity of being a chef. I don't know what your job options are in your country but good luck

You're 20 years old. You're not immature.  Throughout life, you will always face such problems.

My logic is do a degree, but one related to being a chef or one that will help you. Being a chef isn't only about cooking.

Or you could do your degree and work in a kitchen in the evenings or when you're free, to get experience. This will be hard.

You still haven't said what subject you're doing.

Whatever you decide, I wish you well.

You will not die if you take a good degree in the next 3 years.
Come on!
Don't search for "magic solutions" of the problems of life: life IS a problem and you must enjoy this struggle.

Because by that time I am still immature.I am struggling between getting a degree or choosing culinary art. I just register the University and they gave me this course referring to my major during A-level study. I has done some research that doing a diploma or degree in culinary art is not a must for the career. Still can start gaining experience from learning in the kitchen.

What is your course at university and why did you not pick a course you are passionate about?
