I don't mind turning on camera in order to have the face to face feeling,
or in order to use a white board and stuff (Well, I don't have them yet, but I am planing to get one! :D),
However not turning on the camera is also fine by me (in case you are shy or something. )
I have learnt English more than 5 years and I am able to communicate no problem, however I would still love to improve.
Please don't be shy! I don't mind if you are awkward or not used to speak in Japanese!
