A country where English is the main language is called "an English-speaking country." It's as simple as that.
For a list of English-speaking countries, see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English-speaking_world
It is not always easy to decide which countries should be called "English-speaking countries." For example, the United States has no official language--although the majority of the population speaks English as their first language, and more than half of all native English speakers in the world live in the United States.
(The United States is also the second-largest Spanish-speaking country in the world, second only to Mexico. Yes, there are more Spanish speakers in the United States than there are in Spain).
Hello,
Well my english isn't very good either here's my suggestion...
Starting with your title, if im not right I would just say "HOW TO NAME A COUNTRY THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH? or since that you're asking for help "WHO CAN EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO NAME A COUNTRY THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH?"
So now answering you're question....
There are many countries that speak english, like England (english), Canada (canadian), Australia (australian), USA (american), South Africa (south affrican), Jamaica (jamaican) and the list goes on...
And yes, they all speak english but I guess that they are defined by their countries and not by their language. #(this is what i think i dont know if i'm right or not)#
I hope i was useful here.
