Which one is more native or informal? which one of them is more native "As you like" OR "As you wish"?
Another question is there any difference  between "as you like" and "it's up to you?
Thanks you.

More native... hmmm depends on where you are using the term and with whom however "as you wish" may be more native due to it being a more comfortably used phrase.

Whereas "as you like", may come off with a bit of unwanted attitude to the other person depending on how it is used, "Its up to you" strikes as a more considerate way to say that it is their choice in the matter. However they are pretty much exactly the same thing, they are both just a way of saying that it is that specific persons 'choice in the metter'.
