Why do you run??  A lot People tell me why you run?? It is difficult to response that question when one person don´t run. I like to run because I feel free, I enjoy the nature, Yes I also suffer, but the life is this. Your ability to superacion, If you have to metod of train, your routine when you train, you be able to all. Then I love to run. What do you think? and  why do you run? or why do you not like to run??

Embrace pain and fight ! Running away maybe gives the feel that you are fighting to win, for freedom  and all this appear all over your body and soul.The sensation you get when the air comes across your face and hair just gives the deliberations of all those negative emotions and bring the positives one. Just believe on yourself and take time to stay with  your own . Don't change anything for nothing ,you are a blessing ,a beautiful awesome creature  and only you can see through all of you so don't lie to yourself ''just be true to yourself''.  Don't be pushed away by ''outsides forces''  that makes you run , because you can't run from yourself ! You alone  have  to figure out by you in the way that only can understand ,just focus inside and bring out the best . You can ! Then yeah we can run and enjoy a beautiful day sunny or rainy one ... :) .

The answer for @ ''EnglishGreek" . In the run - physical activity I see the health benefits. Remember everything in moderation . Of course you can have your own opinion :)

I don't run, but I participate in other sports and dance to stay in shape.  Personally, running without a destination seems pointless to me so that is why I'd rather do something that I feel is more "complete" if that makes sense.  I think any physical activity has benefits for your body and soul and it really depends on the person which is more enjoyable.  Just because someone else doesn't like to run doesn't mean they should question why you do it when you clearly enjoy it--we are all different and like different things.  I feel like as long as you're moving, it doesn't mater what you do!!

I'm not a seasoned runner - I started doing it a couple months ago because being inactive for a while made me feel groggy and terrible (I'm a freelancer so I work at home a lot), and I wanted to get in shape again. Running feels amazing. I live in a really pretty area too so when I run I like to look up at the clouds and take in the nature around me - I actually get more distance doing that. I am much more energized afterwards and running just makes me stronger and healthier. However, it's been super hot lately so I stopped for the sake of my asthma, which worsens in the heat. But I'm ready to pick up my sneakers and get running again once the weather cools!

I like running because It is helping to relax and change the mind! To run is good for the heath and sometimes I discovery more things when I do it  in the nature. I already run in the forest and the moutain, it was an wonderful adventure!
