IELTS please hep chinese-englsih mutual study

Hi.

My name is LILY.

I'm Chinese.I'm going to take IELTS tests soon.I can speak english but not so fluently.

I would like to talk with  someone on skype or on wechat everyday.(or sometimes )

it would be better if you want to learn chinese well.so we can talk in english for half an hour and then i can teach you chinese for the next half of hour,the time is flexible by the way.
