Chris, thank you for your interest in the project. This project is for seniors that live in my hometown Nizhny Tagil, anyone interested can join this program when it starts. And we have a lot of elder people already interested and ready to join. Now we raise money for 3 month educational program, and if it goes well we will continue for a long run. I'm a social enterpreneur working on this project under supervision of the European Academy.
