Well, first check it out, maybe you are his crush too :o !
But ... if you know he is not into you like you are into him, then maybe rethink if he is worth your time.
Think of :
what you like the most about him?
what you don't like about him?
why is he worth you time ?
Put your answers and feeling on a balance and see if you should continue

I do not think you should slavish your precious time in someone who is not worthy, but if you are still wishful to win something back, you may try. That is your time, your life and your effort and you have to learn to be responsible.
