Shahed, nobody will answer you because they care. Your friends and family may care about you, but you can't expect a complete stranger on the Internet to give you their time for free. Talking or chatting to someone regularly requires a lot of time. People will only answer you here if they need you, not just because you need them. It's that simple. You may of course get some free help, but it's mostly limited to answering questions and correcting notebooks, and even that is not guaranteed as it is based on their free will. So if you have an important exam to prepare, I would suggest you to find other ways to learn. I would also suggest, when you do contact someone, to state exactly what kind of help you need and be as specific as you can. If it doesn't require a lot of time, I'm sure more people will be willing to help.

I don't care about photos, but when I receive messages like "hi", "how are you?". "do you want to be friends?", I don't reply and I'm annoyed either... This is not the place for this dating-site style begin of a conversation, or at least I don't like them, they don't make me want to begin a conversation.

No Peter, many of us are only or primarily hear to learn a language. And then it is a bit annoying when most of the messages I get are from people who can't help with my language learning but only want to socialize.
